maker / unknown. I first presumed Blenko but cant find they did this kind of vessel. I'm stumped so far.  

dimensions / around 3 inches in height with a diameter of 15 inches. Large!

condition / excellent vintage condition, likely no use,

notes / would greatly prefer local pickup or delivery in Portland metro area. Will ship but it won't be cheap.
